Armstrong Architects Ltd is a small friendly Architectural Practice based in Macclesfield. We specialize, although not exclusively, in residential projects. We have been practicing architecture in the East Cheshire and South Manchester area since 1991. The Director, David Armstrong, BSc, BArch, has over 25 years post-qualification experience.

As a practice with a Principal who is an Architect, we have high standards of Practice and Policy. We carry Professional Indemnity Insurance for your protection. We also participate in a Continuing Professional Development Programme, which ensures staff are kept up to date with constantly changing legislation.

 

Before your project goes out to tender we write a highly detailed Construction Specification and Schedule of Works, specifically tailored to your requirements. Each element of work is identified so that it can be priced separately by the Building Contractor. This detailed cost breakdown gives you the key to controlling the cost of your project; with this information you can add and omit items, vary them in quantity with confidence, and check them against other prices.
